Addicts/Alcoholics willing to help?

I am writing a paper and need to interview an alcoholic and drug addict, any kind of drug. Fake names are okay. I need to know what kind of drug was used. What you think led to the use and addiction? What were the positive and/or negative side effects caused from what you used? What were the positive/negative effects on your social life and your relationships with spouse, children, other family? How do you think your using effected them? Have you attempted or succeeded in getting clean or sober? How did you accomplish that or what caused you to not succeed? What kind of things do you think you could do to get clean and what are some challenges in your everyday life caused from the disease? Same questions go for alcoholics. Anything and everything you can tell me is greatly appreciated.
