2. How much you actually visit a bookstore in a month? A few times. 3? I borrow out books most of the time.

3. What kind of books/stationery are you usually looking for? Novels or social science books. :)

4. How much will you spend for books/stationery? Up to $60 in a day, max.

5. Did you always expect to get discount? I prefer them, ahah, but no.

6. Did you prefer to search books/stationery for yourself or want a keeper to help search for you? For myself.

7. Will you make orders to the shop for books/stationery that you want, or just mention it to the keeper? Mention.

8. If you didn’t find what are you looking for, would you visit another shop, or just come again later? Visit another store.

9. If you buy only one item, will you ask for plastic bag? No, but they give them to me anyway.

10. Did you have any problems with shopkeeper before? Will you complain to their management if you do? Nope.

11. What’s your favorite brand of books/stationery? As for stationery, I don't really care, as long as it works.

12. What’s a books/stationery shop that’s near where you live? How you scale it on 10? Angus& Robertson...it's a 7.5.

13. Do you think foods and drinks can be sold in books/stationery shop? Borders had a cafe, I don't have a problem against it.

14. How about cigarettes? I don't have a problem against it.

15. What do you think should have in the books/stationery shop other than books/stationery? It's nice when they have merchandise related to books.

16. Between binding books, photocopy and laminating, which service you will use more often? Laminating.

2.i rarely visit book store coz apart from course and reference book i don't read any book ,i just read book which i have taken from my school library

but if i have a time to read book then i would surely go to nearby bookstore and bouy some new book

NO I paid 60 dollars to some junk to get on those websites and they said they were on these news stations like NBC but nothing ever happened for me at all bunch of junk emails I get about 60 a day what a waste of money
