How to learn the plays earlier?

I'm a sophomore, I'm new to football and I'm six five and 280, I'm a beast a practice, I work hard and am someone who can beat most lineman on my team, so I'm pretty talented, but I don't get much playing time because I have trouble remembering the plays, but there are people who say if I learn the plays better, I could probably play on varsity, so how do I remember the plays well and how do I improve as a player so next year I can be on varsity

My best advice for you this upcoming offseason is to memorize your football team's playbook, by breaking it down little by little. Memorize 20 plays each week, and give yourself a quiz on them at the end of the week. Doing this will make it easier for you to memorize football plays.

In addition, what you need to do this autumn (and every offseason) is eat healthy, exercise by doing weight lifting, and either jogging or going for a long run every day. If you do these things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of becoming a successful, top notch high school varsity football player, who could go on to play college football.

By the way, your chances of playing college football depend on your performance in football during your junior, and especially senior, year of high school. If you perform very well in football during your final 2 years of high school, you will greatly improve your chances of getting recruited to play for a college football program in the future.

Joint with a nearest football club or football association for better practice.
