I need a list of laws that allow me to kick my roommate out on the spot?
I am very tired of my current roommate and I would like to kick her out asap, without a 30 day notice. I need some actual laws or something that allow me to do so. She does drugs in my house and just sold a heater that was in my room so she could buy food since I told her to stop eating mine.

There aren't any.
You have to be in actual fear for your own safety (to the degree the police get involved) to kick someone out with no notice. (And this generally means they are being arrested and a protection order is entered on your behalf.)
You can give her a written ten day or comply notice that states she has 10 days to stop taking and using your personal belongings and groceries and stop using drugs in the apartment. You should also give her a 30 day notice at the same time (to cover your bases). And you can give her written notice that you will call 911 anytime you find or see her to be in possession of drugs.
But if she doesn't voluntarily move out, you will have to file in court to evict her.

Amanda: Do you have some proof she is a drug addict. If the answer is yes. Then take some pictures. Call the police and have them come over. And tell them when you call them you find out she was a drug addict and before you never knew about it and just found out. And she has been stealing from you and they will arrest her for drugs- theft etc and you will have to get a restraining order to keep her from being on your property and she can not enter on your property. And if she does she has broken that restraining order. and can be re-arrested for breaking a restraining order. And if she demands her stuff. You can pack it up and keep it on the property. But she must have another family member or friend there to pick it up only. And a officer must be there while they are picking up her belongings. This is what I suggest to you. she can have you arrested if she is busted in your apartment for drugs if the police raid the apartment. and you can be arrested as well because your considered a accomplishment of the crime. I don't know if you want go to jail or not. But I would see to it she is out of your house- apartment now!

There are no such laws. You have to go through the eviction process. If she is in possession of drugs in a common area of your house, call the cops and they will arrest her. That will get her out for awhiile.
Otherwise, tape a 30 day notice on the door of the room. She might leave faster than that and you can put it in the notice that she can leave sooner.

Consult a lawyer to find out what the laws are in your state. Do a free initial consultation thing.
You didn't give enough info. Do you own the house, or are you renting? Who is on the lease? If she isn't on it, you might have different rules. If you aren't on it then you might have no legal rights.
Drugs can pose legal problems for you. I don't what type of housing you are in. Public housing means eviction. Be careful.
If you want out, then make sure you get permission from the landlord ( IN WRITING) so you are not held responsible for any damages or owned rent.

Its basicly the same challenge I advised my pal at the same time as she began to threaten to conquer my dogs because she develop into operating round her infant. also tell him that if he would not want to play with Piper than do not play with the puppy both. Theres no rationalization for behaving like that he's a shopper and could comprehend each person and each little thing on your position.

Discuss this with the landlord, as the landlord should already have a lawyer ready to prepare an eviction notice and also deal with the police and the court system.
