Why didn't the U6 unemployment number change from 14.7% ?

Lowering the U3 from 8.1 to 7.8% should also have lowered the U6 if they had really added jobs.

    U3 is Unemployed/Labor Force

U6 is (Unemployed + Marginally Attached + Part Time for Economic reasons)/(Labor Force + Marginally Attached)

In Sept, Unemployed went down, Marginally Attached went down, Part Time for Economic Reasons went up, and Labor Force went up. So U3, U4, and U5 go down, while because of the large increase in Part Time for Economic Reasons offsetting the drop in Unemployment and Marginally Attached, the U6 stayed the same.

Yeah this is pretty easy, it is all lies and made up. Just like obama's past. He lied in his own book! That he didn't even write!!!
