How did the Wisconsin Conceal and Carry law work out for the victims of the spa shooting?

How much time did they have to protect themselves vs the time allowed the shooter to turn in his weapons?

Well, if the business had a posting that no concealed handguns were allowed, then the concealed carry law is not to blame, the business would be the one to blame for not allowing anyone to defend themselves in this situation. The same simuliar situation happened at a restaurant near where I live. The restaurant was sued by the family because they denied the right for a person to defend themself, and they won.
