Can you go from a size 34B to a...?
Can you go from a bra size 34B to a 32C?
Right now I'm a FULL 34B but I read somewhere that 8 out of 10 women wear the wrong size bra, including the band size. It also said if you wear the clasp on the very inside clasp and you can pull the band more than an inch away from your body (which I can), you're probably wearing the wrong bra size. Also, my breasts kind of pop out the side of the bra as well (I know TMI)
So really, my question is if I am a FULL 34B, can I move up to a 32C? Or possibly move up to a 34C?

I had the same problem as you so I went from a 34B to a 32C and that was a perfect fit for me. I would still recommend trying on a 32C before you buy to ensure that it is actually a good fit though.

just hold them up with your hands everywhere you go, way easier and cheaper than using a bra

I think you should measure yourself and get a new starting point.
