why is yahoo answers always unavailable?

A few things to check before blaming the management :

Make sure you've been clearing your cache files on a regular basis. They often get corrupted on here.

Make sure you are not posting a lot of links, which can trigger that result.

Make sure you are not trying to answer questions that are getting deleted while you are answering.

Make sure you are not posting excessive text. There are character limits.

Because YOU have too many tracking cookie files on YOUR hard drive or SIM card. You need to clean your cache files. Your browser has nothing to do with it, except that surfing the web with a browser is how those tracking cookie files got onto your hard drive or SIM card. IF your hard drive has been partitioned, you may need to clear your cache files more than once. You really should do computer maintenance at least once a month (defragment your hard drive). I have MY computer scheduled to clear MY cache files once A DAY when I'm usually not online. The problem is at YOUR end. Sometimes the problem is at Yahoo's end as well.
