recently moved into a new place. dogs barking all days in apt. below me. met my next door neighbor who works night shift. well, he complained and i said words too.

so, things have calmed down.

i met the dog girl and her two Pomeranian when i was washing. noted she had both of them in separate cages with blankets over. i know when i said words management said she has to get some anti barking device for them. no more barking

now, i do know she works and takes them out to go potty three times a day. i don't know what real dog exercise is provided

today, i go to do my wash and can hear them whimpering. big accident covered up in the hallway.

i know this and that. i know these are not bad dogs.

any suggestions on what to do??

i do have respect for all animals and i have had my pets.

i received a glass bake dish as a present. baked chicken wings then on stove top to slowly reheat on # 1. working on the computer, had my timer on. well, i see smoke. i rushed into the kitchen and the darn glass dish blew up.

chicken wings glass all over. i cleaned up the best i could. then! noted the linoleum was burned in about four squares.

just upset. i tried some quick fixes, too no avail.

so, i don't want to cover it up and live with this.

thanks for the patience. now, when renting should i confess to the management what happened and pay for the repair? i know it was my bad and will always take that responsibility. will, i get dinged as a bad tenant? thank you for any and all advice.

when i moved in i rented a garage for $55.00 plus a $55.00 deposit. i notified them today i no longer need it.

i asked re:the deposit return and was told i won't get it back til i move out of my apartment.

i'm very fair and reasonable. does this make sense to anyone?

if not what should i do? not the money it's the principle of this. my next move will be to call the corporate office. afraid they may have the same mentality. again any advice or is this normal? i don't know..thank you for any and all answers.

i have two very good friends that are kind and intelligent. they are hinting that they would like to come over for at the most to my brother's house as we did last xmas. we had grilled shrimp and a couple of drinks. just fun. now, they just remember the good time.

always talking about how nice it was and how they like him.

well, very subtle hints how they want to do this again. so, i bring this up to my brother. he refuses as they only spoke politics. absolutely not. he will not even associate with them.

unbelievable to me. if i could i would do it even in my helter/skelter moving mess. what can i do?

i think this will be noticeable and odd however i maneuver this situation. i feel like telling them how he feels, but me i will not insult anyone.

i worked at a place as caregiver. the room humidifier in one of the clients room was nasty. didn't want to do it. took it out and thought i would clean it and add the bacteriostat. lifted up the main component and was shocked. it had a black slick on it. against my better judgment tried to clean it. difficult to remove. noted the inner fan parts had the same residue. i gave up. did not set this up for the client. i did report this to the supervisor. checked it few day later and clean in the reservoir. still noted black residue in fan component.in use now. could this have been black mold? over reacting. since resigned from position as too many "iffy" situations. thanks to all sincere answers.

i applied and interviewed for a nursing home job, that is advertised as "christian" one question i was asked.. how would you incoorporate a "christian" view in nursing care? i was ignorant and answered to what i knew they may want. i have extensive experience in nursing and hospital acute care. worked at hospitals that were proclaimed as this or that religious belief. never been asked religious beliefs. later as my anxiety calmed down after the interview, i thought this is just not right and bordering on illegal. i did not get the job as they wanted someone more conducive. now, is this stuff legal?i recently relocated to a small midwest town from a different area. trying to get the culture here. thanks, for any input.

i was interviewed by several people. before the rest arrived the hr. said i need 5 references. i think fine. she said you need to know their email addresses. i said, i don't know. she says call them and find out. she says, i will email you with the link they have to send to. i read the email from the prospective employer with what i should do. basically, i need to call these people, get their email address and they have to follow up with this employer. if they don't do it , i should keep calling these references and remind them. too, me this sounds too much to put on people. i don't know. hey, do a background check, drug test or anything else. phone my references. am i being unreasonable?
