i moved into a new apartment.?
when i moved in i rented a garage for $55.00 plus a $55.00 deposit. i notified them today i no longer need it.
i asked re:the deposit return and was told i won't get it back til i move out of my apartment.
i'm very fair and reasonable. does this make sense to anyone?
if not what should i do? not the money it's the principle of this. my next move will be to call the corporate office. afraid they may have the same mentality. again any advice or is this normal? i don't know..thank you for any and all answers.

thats normal, its only 55.00, big deal. its probably says the same in legalese in the fine print on any contract you signed
