few days later i was dinged big time for my question. now, who does this. omg. i have read so many nasty stuff here. who judges this stuff? hey, i am no perv., but portrayed as such.
i do know the different cultures of different regions of the u.s. may have been something to do with that. sorry for the rant, but this is not right.

Your fellow users judge. Enough reported your question. If you think it was not a violation appeal. If you lose the appeal, it was a violation. You will see others, much worse, but you should be reporting those yourself. If users do not see and report, things do not get removed.

Your question was almost certainly deleted because it was reported by other users.
That's an automated process. If enough users, with a high-enough combined reporting trust, report the question, it will be deleted automatically.
You can appeal the violation if you think you were reported in error. But be aware that 'oversharing details' is reportable, and that content posted on this site must be appropriate for kids as young as age 13.
