I'm going to a show. Does "21+ bar" mean that 21+ is free?

No. It means there's a bar there that serves alcohol. Instead of a doinker grit punch stand. Mos times they'll give you a bracelet that's colored to show if your under or over age. Sometimes if your underage your just not gunna get in.

No it means that you have to be 21 or older to drink not that 21 or older is free

No it means you have to be over 21 to come in. Could be free, almost never is without a drink minimum. Either way, no one is allowed under 21.

No, it means only people 21 and older can purchase drinks from the bar. In other words, the bar is serving alcohol and only people of legal age to purchase alcohol are allowed at the bar.
