What the person is basically trying to say is that they have gotten this far in life all by themself. That it's difficult for him to meet and find, (he never finds) people who care about others except themselves. I think he's contemplating suicide? Especially when he says the part about people dying. He's thinking about the fact that he was born & breathes with no say, yet he can end it all whenever he wants.

In the end he is saying that no matter what we were born in this world alone & we will leave it, alone. No matter how hard you try ro be happy. You will find sadness. You will find tears.

He seems so upset, as a friend you should assure him that you care about him. You're there for him & you want him to let it out to you. Don't just say it but commit to being a good friend. Make sure he stays safe & try to make him laugh and see the good side of life... Tell him that often we do get sad, but after hardship will come ease.

I think it's about suicide... Sounds to me, from what I can gather, that he feels some guilt and depression.

I think he has a low self esteem and feels worthless, like he should die in the place of people who don't deserve it.

Alternatively, you could throw a lamp at him whilst telling him to lighten up..

Nothing, he sound like a kid (guessed by the way he is typing with a capital letter on every single word) who is begging for attention and replying to that message will be giving him attention.

The first thing that comes to my mind is that your friend is hurting emotionally. You may not want to reply to what he wrote. GET HIM HELP NOW! He may be suicidal.

I totally agree with My26pt2 you need to call him or a relative of his immediately. That doesn't sound good at all.
