Selling an item on Ebay?

I've just sold an item on Ebay. Haven't used it for a while so a little out of touch and to make matters worse my printer has just died. Anyhow, I can't print of the postage label so can I still just write it out on the parcel. I think I can but how do I go about getting the postage cost back? The buyer has paid and the money for the item and postage is sitting in my paypal account waiting to be cleared. Problem is because I've not used it in ages it's going to take 21 days. If I write the parcel out myself and take it to the post office, will I still get paid for the postage and the item. Can't have the guy waiting 4 weeks for the item.
