Weight loss Question?
I'm 15 years old and I weigh 160 and I'm 5 foot 3 in, and I need to lose 45lbs, it was recommended by my doctor that I lose weight, and I've tried lots of things but cant really stick to diets, if you know of any easy diets to stick to or ways to lose weight it would help(also I'm a vegetarian).
Be serious and nice if your gonna be a *** about it don't bother answering. Thanks!!!

Try thinking of it more like a lifestyle change then a diet. If you think about it like this is how I am going to eat and exercise for the rest of my life rather then if i stick to this diet till i lose weight you will actually be a lot more motivated. If you feel like a treat go for a couple of pieces of dark chocolate as this is the best treat you can have. Just included a lot of veggies and fruits, whole grains and get rid of white grain bread, pasta and rice and just stick to the whole grain. If you don't eat meat you are going to have to make sure you are getting enough protein from your other meals like tofu or extra veges as if you don't you will start losing muscle rather then fat which you really want to avoid.
You also need to exercise so just find a sport or activity you like to do, could be swimming or running or pilates just something you can do about 3-4 times a week for 30 mins.
