I feel a pressure around my ribcage?

Long story short, I didn't fall but I hit a tile floor pretty hard with my left side and then my back. Soon after, I started getting this pain on my left hand side. It's around the chest and below it. It started kind of painful and when it went away, I got a really bad headache that's been annoying me all night. The pressure in my side is duller now but I feel that I'm not breathing quite normally. I was fine until about 30 minutes after the fall. Any ideas what could be going on? Thank you

Update:

It's not that because it's bugging me again and it makes me feel so ill. My head is so sore and the pain in my side gets worse.

You could have bruised a few ribs. It's less likely that they would be fractured (broken). Does it hurt to breath or feel like you can't get a deep breath?

What are the indications of your bloodless? Is it feasible it might be mono (epstein barr virus)? If you're experiencing fatigue, swollen glands, or a sore throat this might be a likelihood. The rationale I deliver up mono is considering, in a few circumstances, it could actually intent an growth of the spleen. It customarily is not whatever too severe...the health care professional will simply ask you to take it effortless for a whilst. So if this suffering does not leave, or will get worse, I could make an appointment to look your health care professional! BTW- there are tons of different reasons. I used to be simply telling you one likelihood. Best of success!
