Tekken,
While also liked the other series I always thought that the Tekken series was allot more focused on fun and the fights got really intense thanks to the diversity in combat styles and character designs. Stages were colorful and it has a kind of soap opera-esque tone to the back story especially the Jin-Kazuya-Heihachi saga.
Ling Xiaoyu is my favorite character, probably because I always kick @$$ with her. Plus, I ended up really loving her character thanks to Tekken: Blood Vengance.
