Alright, this was brought up in Sexual Education. A 18 year old in Tennessee has sex with a 15 year old, and a child is born from them. If the child is born, can anyone press any types of statutory rape charges? This is for the state of TN.

We are aware that if it's within 4 years of age, it's not likely to be pressed. But this does beg the question that if the kid is born, COULD charges be filed?

This question has me curious as to whether there are U.S. Federal laws that say we cannot or if an U.N. laws do the same. Is it illegal to make them?

I have a Gateway PA6A Brand Laptop. Now, I got another copy of the model where the motherboard had gone out on it. So I removed the keyboard and plugged it into my old one (An official open-casing, replace, close-casing.) Well after that the screen never powered up. I tried several methods to get it to turn on, but nothing worked. I thought the screen went dead or I messed up the cable so I replaced the screen as well. Still will not turn on. What can I do?

My iPod touch will not tilt it's screen, and it will not allow any game that needs me to tilt the ipod itself to work. What's wrong with it, and how do I fix it?

Alright, I live in TN. I am currently 17 years old, turn 18 on November 23rd. My step mom banned me, not my brother or anyone else, just me from TALKING about politics. The reason why is because every time politics are brought up me and whoever (everyone in the house basically, including her) get into it. I believed in Obama. They, including my brother who is a year younger than me, believed in Romney. I asked my brother why, and my brother just chose him because he wasn't Obama.

I asked him a few questions about Romney; things anyone who truly follows a candidate would know. My brother did't even know his political party. My step mom got mad cause I was "bullying" my brother... when all that happened was I wanted to see if my brother had a reason or if he was being spiteful.

Can I legally sue her for blocking my rights in the first amendment?

Me and a friend of mine are wanting to design and market an iOS Compatibility layer that would function for both Windows and Mac OSX. It would give you the ability to install and use iOS Apps just like on the iDevices, but on a computer. Would this be illegal to do? I need MAJOR support details. It use to before I installed Ubuntu. Now that I have switched back to Windows XP, it will not read them. I've ran all the updates (at least the ones that came to me.) It still won't read them. If I'm not mistaken, Windows Media Player 11 is suppose to offer native support for watching this video format... but it won't. Help? What should I do?
