Where can I get a loan without a state ID or license?

I need to get a loan to get a new laptop and musical equipment after someone ruined my old ones. I have no actual job, I'm a DJ and musical composer. I have no state ID at all... I just turned 18 to begin with. Where can I get one? I prefer it to be online.

    The basic requirement for approving any loan is the borrower's ID, online or in-person. Firstly, to identify the borrower and secondly, to ensure that the borrower is of legal borrowing age.
