Update:

Wow! A Harvard law degree.

You know Bush graduated from Harvard, too, right?

Um, the man has a Harvard Law Degree, was president of the Harvard Law Review and was also a professor (senior lecturer). In case you haven't noticed, this country is made up of laws and policies. It comes in handy to understand how that works. It also comes in handy to understand how to organize a community when you are running a country made up of freaking people. I have a feeling his resume is more impressive than yours:

    Business International Corporation, 1983

New York Public Interest Research Group, 1984

Community Organizer, Developing Communities Project (Chicago), 1985-1988

    Student, Harvard Law School, 1988-1991

    Editor, Harvard Law Review, 1988-1989

    President, Harvard Law Review, 1990-1991

Summer Intern, Sidley & Austin law firm, 1989

Summer Intern, Hopkins & Sutter law firm, 1990

    Illinois Project Vote, 1992

Lecturer - Consitutional Law, Chicago Law School, 1992-2004

Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland law firm, 1993-2004

    Illinois Senator, 13th District, 1996-2004

    U.S. Senator, Illinois, 2005-Elected President

President of the United States, 2008-Present

I think Romney will win the popular vote, but might lose the electoral vote. Crazy scenario.. It could even be up to Congress, belive it or not. Yep, it's possible. Can you imagine people who can't even pass a budget allowed to select the next president?

It sounds as if matters reach a point the place the people posting questions about right here have absorbed so many speaking factor from the right that the can not suppose anymore. Unhappy. So-so-sad.

NO... and I don't believe another black man will be elected in my lifetime either. That is unfortunate. I believe there are many qualified black men and women who would have made wonderful Presidential candidates, but Barack has caused such rifs in the 4 years he was in office, it will be a long time for the voters to forget.

Possibly. It is up to all of us to stay alert and informed so all candidates are vetted regardless of party so the very best is elected.

    Yes.

By the way, he's also a law professor.

President Obama will be easily reelected and you and the rest of the far-right wing can look forward to ranting, sniping, criticizing, and insulting the sitting President of the United States of America well into January, 2017.

The Libs will nominate whichever communist seems to be the best liar, give him/her catch phrases like "Hope and Change and Yes We Can" , then see if the rest of America buys it. But I truly hope not.

It is doubtful that America will elect another rich man's dog/banana Republican again after the mess George W left us with. All they ever do is to enrich the 1% of top earners at the expense of the rest of the country, in the process turning this country into a banana Republic, aka a plutocracy, in which a few families own most of the wealth and most of the people live at or near poverty.
