Gun control is genocide?

You make a semi-valid point... the documented cases of genocide in the modern era have ALL occurred in nation-states that enacted some form of gun-control (and all ancient cases occurred when the state was the only one with arms or an army) !!

- The American West - we enacted gun-control against the Native Americans (arming them was a hanging offense)

- Ottoman Empire - gun-control was in effect against the Armenians, Assyrians and Greek minorities.

- Nazi German - Jews were stripped of citizenship, forced to surrender firearms.

- Soviet Union and North Korean genocides / famines - the state had the guns, the people - nothing.

- Ethiopia, Sudan, Rwanda... all the same.

Amusing that someone said "but vaccines are GOOD for you"... yes they are, though some have terrible side-effects including fatality among a small percentage of the population. NOT to mention your religion might forbid vaccines (1st Amendment).
