My symptoms any ideas of how serious?

Every morning I have very bad nausea I'm also having migraines every few days and they are brutal sometimes causing vomiting. I was experiencing bad shoulder pain and labored breathing but this was only one occasion. Aniety is high but not always when the headaches are present I'm male 35 yrs old. Generally healthy only using one medication for disk pain in back but been on it a line time the nausea and headaches are new over the last two-three weeks.

You should really go to the doctor. Having migraines can be a sign of many things. Such as : being allergic to certain foods or other triggers or something more serious such as a sign for a brain hemorrhage or meningitis ( inflammation of the meninges covering the brain and spinal cord) . I can't tell if your symptoms are serious or not though, because a migraine head ache can't be diagnosed at home. It's symptoms are the same as the symptoms for a tension head ache or a sinus head ache.

So, I would suggest going to the doctor , the doctor would probably do CT scans and stuff to find out what head ache it is . The doctor would also check your blood pressure because, if it is a migraine .. then your blood pressure would be either too high or too low . Check this link below for more information :
