Online Dating Question ....?

I have been single a few years now and have been on the "dating scene" now for a few months - but am finding it really difficult. I have tried the usual places such as sporting clubs, gym, recreational activities, set-ups from friends/family and even clubs - but it attracts the wrong sort of guy (they only want booty calls). I admit that after so long out of the game, I am completely clueless how to spot those "genuine" dating options.

So I've been considering going through a dating agency or online dating - but am really hesitant about it - has anyone had experience with online dating or going through a dating agency that wouldn't mind giving me some feedback on their experience. Thanks
