Depends on whether or not he has a huge political powered ego or is afflicted with the obsessive greed gene that most politicians suffer from, especially those on the authoritarian right.

He did a great job as Governor of Wisconsin. What has Tammy Baldwin done? She's been nothing but a rubber stamp for Obama and the socialists in Congress.
