Maybe you should talk to her. She might want to save it for marriage. Some people want to save it because of religious beliefs or because they want it to be special to the person they're going to spend the rest of their life with. At your age, one doesn't know if you're going to be the one to spend the rest of their life with so maybe that's the reason it hasn't happened.

You are both young and it may be that whilst she likes the thought of sleeping with you she is just not ready. The only thing you can do is have an honest talk to her and say that you want to move the relationship on but want to make sure that she is ready for that as well and see what she says.

Do not whatever you do just keep trying. You need to talk to her and find out why she doesn't want to if she is saying yes until you try. If you keep trying and she is not ready she is going to start resenting you and feeling pressured and that is not good for your future relationship.

You are too young anyway. If you cannot enjoy being without sex then move on to someone who is not as refined. And when you do, remember that two methods of birth control are needed and that girls can sometimes trick you if they want to become pregnant. Then you are truly ruined for life both financially and in other ways.

youe both very young so maybe she's not ready to have sex. or maybe she's a little scared, the first time can be scary.
