To tranfer 100, you'd type in "100.00".
To transfer 100.10 you'd type in "100.10".
Two. Decimal. Places.

Don't type a $ or other currency sign, or commas, just the number.
You can optionally include a decimal point followed by one or two digits. Assuming it's an American bank, use the American notation (period, not comma).
Valid inputs:
100
12345
12345.67
Invalid inputs:
$100
12,345
12345,67
12.345
