Hey, it does sound like you have enlarged adenoids, as I have this same problem. They never did shrink for me, so I'm stuck with a nasally voice :(

I suggest you see an ear, nose and throat specialist. They'll examine you, and give you some options!

no longer a lot... with the aid of fact the previous poster mentioned, take a seat in a warm steamy bathing room. you additionally must get a humidifier to pass next to the toddler's crib... and you will attempt squirting saline answer up the toddler's nostril, and suctioning it VERY gently. looking on how previous the toddler is, attempt to no longer try this too often - on condition which you certainly see snot in the nostril - otherwise, if the toddler continues to be very youthful, you may injury the nasal passages. At this age, you mustn't even provide tylenol except you communicate over with the healthcare professional first. In an new child, any fever would nicely be risky, so if the rectal temperature is even a sprint severe (say, a hundred), you will desire to call the healthcare professional dazzling away (specific, even at a million am)

Nasal polyps or deviated septum. Enlarged adenoids are possible, but most shrink by this age. Not all, however.

    Rare would be choanal atresia.
