Dell Integrated Webcam not working please help!!?
I spilled big red on my computer a few months ago, but since it was still on warranty, i took to geek squad best buy, they shipped it off and the hard-drive was replace, but i gave them all the discs for the computer which they said they re-installed. But now my integrated webcam isn't working !!!
It is a Dell Inspiron 15, OS W7, using firefox .
Can anyone tell me what the heck is going on? Is there a link that someone can provide me with to see about re-installing the correct drivers? cuz i don't think they installed the right ones

1. Please check in the Device Manager if the webcam is detected as shown in the image: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8196/8124768223_e53a...
2. There is a possibility that the Dell Webcam Software is not installed. Follow this link to install the software: ftp://ftp.us.dell.com/Browse_For_Drivers/Monitors,%20Electronics%20&%20Peripherals/Monitors/Dell%20SX2210WFP%20Monitor/Drivers%20for%20OS%20Deployment/Application/Windows%207%2064-bit/2012-08-28%20-%20Dell_SX2210-Monitor_Webcam%20SW%20RC1.1_%20R230103.exe
3. Here is the link to install the drivers for your computer. Select the model number and install the drivers: ftp://ftp.us.dell.com/Browse_For_Drivers/Laptops/Inspiron/

The software and driver for the webcam is on the install/recovery disc set made for your Windows 7 laptop or you can go to Dell support and look it up by model number download and install the driver and software.
