Any Gnostics out there?

If so, I would like to communicate with you. I've been reading up on the religion and am fascinated by the mysticism/philosophy of this "pure" spirituality. Although it is OLD and forgotten and unaccepted by the mainstream religioso, I believe there is a Truth there Organized Religion does NOT want us to know. Your thoughts? And serious answers, PLEASE!

Update:

To NOUS: I am mature and I've bounced around every theory possible regarding the existence or non-existence of a Deity. I have no firm scientific proof of a Superior Being, but I also know deep within myself that I am not alone and never have been. I don't believe in the "God" everyone fears; the one who supposedly wrecks havoc with our lives for his own entertainment/amusement...but I do know at the very core of my being, there is a Force, a Superior Being and any amount of chiding from anyone else won't change that. The truth that the public institutions don't want you to know is that there are real invisible forces behind the church that can get in your head and will rip you apart for their own entertainment - AND what's more, they're living people.

Gnostic just means having the experience first hand rather than just reading about it.

If you go with them, they will turn you into an idiot. If you tell them they're idiots who have poisoned the planet, they'll get mad and bash you up psychically and try to ruin your life. They want to live without any responsibility, which they call 'Nirvana'.

Gnosticism is Buddhism and Yoga. Imported.

GNOSTIC: Gnosis is the term the Greeks originally used to refer to “ultimate knowledge.” One can acquire this ultimate knowledge through divine inner experience. The experience refers to having close relations with God and filling one’s self with a complete spiritual realm.

In truth that means living a fantasy and rejecting reality!

Perhaps as you mature common sense will prevail and you will be able to laugh at yourself for ever believing it!

I am Agnostic but I don't know if I'm into spirituality. I do agree that organized religion is hiding many things though. I believe organized religion was created to control people.

There is more than one "Truth" we're not being told by organized religion and the political field both. Keep searching my friend, with an open mind and an open heart.
