Remember when Bush before leaving office signed a law that allowed guns and hunting in National Parks? same thing...President Obama knowing that super committee decision will kick in January 1st despite who wins the election, he would use his right to haul every body's butt back to Congress and beat out an agreement.

Remember, whoever wins will not be inaugurated and enter office until January 20th...that date will be too late to do anything.

in short, he said that Congress wouldn't allow it to happen... which I doubt they will...

then he told Des Moines that he would work with congress while they were fixing it it to help cut the deficit... which is of course, was the point of the sequestration, but it was done in a hack and slash manner
