Rance: - - - Had the Republicans Mission of Failure not prevented an earlier recovery from the mess Obama inherited he may have implemented the minimum wage. We al had great hopes our Senate, Congress and White House would work together to fix the mess our nation is in. Instead though the Republicans implemented their Mission of Failure preventing virtually any and everything the administration tried that would help get us out of this mess. They would rather see America continue to suffer than allow the Obama Administration any success in getting us back on track.

Had the trio worked together, as tax payers expect them to when we give them the job, send them to Washington and give them a pay check, we would be well on our way to recovery and possibly the new minimum wage would be in place.

LSD - - - - You may be correct; the Republicans are experts at twisting words around and trying to convince people what a person meant when s/he said something. I have to wonder why some people think they know more what a person meant when they say something than the person who actually said it. More remarkable is how easy it is to twist the words, manipulate the statement, change the context and have people believe it! Hannity is a leading expert in doing this and sadly people believe him; but then I think it is he who says, "If you believe anything different than I tell you you are wrong" like neither you or I have a right to our own opinion!
