Teens: when did you start going to parties?
When did you start going to like realish parties in your teen years? And what were your earlier parties like? (How did you dress, what did you do...) thanks

I went to actual like dancing co-ed parties freshman year of high school. In 7th and 8th grade I went to some parties, but they were just like birthday parties or end of the school year parties. There's just dancing, food, some parties have drinks, you can just hang out... I remember at one party we played truth or dare. I usually just wore shorts or leggings and a tank top or cute shirt.

I was about 14, so end of 8th grade-early Freshman year.
Usually, some drinking but where I live it's mostly about weed. I don't like weed, so I always stayed sober. I didn't drink at a party for the first time until a few months ago, and I didn't get drunk. There was lots of music and dancing and grinding, and a lot of the more promiscuous people went to do their thing on couches and such.
It depended on the party and who was going to be their. Usually a skirt (you know those really short stretchy skirts) or shorts and a crop top or bandeau with or without a jacket/cover up.
Yep. That's a party for ya.

My freshman year of high school. I basically wore what I would wear any day (usually jeans or shorts and a tee-shirt or tank top with flip flops). My earlier parties were really fun compared to some of the college parties that I have been to. I basically just socialized at the parties and played "babysitter"/drove people after the parties because I am not fan of drinking and drugs.

My first real crazy party without my parents was when I was 12. (I turned 13 in September) It was in June last summer and it was like a pool party and then everyone could stay the night if they wanted to. I dressed in short shorts and my bikini top. At the party I swam obviously, made out with a couple of guys, played spin the bottle and 7 minutes in heaven. There were a lot of caffeine-filled drinks since we weren't legally allowed to drink yet, so everyone was like bouncing off the walls and etc. Its was soo crazy and fun!!!

I live in a town full of country people so my answers might sound wierd. I went to my first "party" when I was 14. It was actually just me, my bestfriend, & 3 guys. I wore these shorts & tank top. It was really cute. Anyways, don't party & don't get caught up in that lifestyle. That was my first party but it definitely wasn't my last. The whole summer after 8th grade I spent with my bestfriend & she was a wild one. She taught me how to sneak out & how to make drinks. That whole summer was basically one big freaking party. Then I went into 9th grade & the partying stopped for school. When I went to being homeschooled that December and started hanging out with a good friend of mine, we started drinking & smoking weed ALOT. We would steal my parents liquor, sneak out & meet a group of our guy friends, drink some beers, and then stumble into my house around 4 AM. It was really fun, and I made some amazing memories but one day, I tried to sneak out & my dad caught me, & yelled at my guy friends. They were really upset with me- my parents & friends. My parents called the cops & she came and yelled at me some more. That was a wake up call. I didn't want to go to jail & end up like my sister. So basically the story is, don't party, don't drink, don't smoke weed & don't be influenced by others. That's a life your not ready for believe me.

I went to my first party in 8th grade. It was my friends birthday and she had invited, like 15 people but only me and two other kids showed up. I wore a graphic tee and jeans, nothing fancy. When I got there everyone was upstairs watching ghetto fights on her computer. After that her mom fixed us burgers, hotdogs, cake, and icecream. The rest of the time we spent looking up random people on facebook. Idk if that counts as "real", but a party is a party:)
