Can someone, please, convert this recipe!?

I have this recipe but it's in cups! Now I'm in the UK where I do things with grams and previous attempts to convert or even try using an American cup measuring system have all fallen into disarray an disaster. So a little help here if you wouldn't mind.

¾ cup dried strawberries

¾ cup dried blueberries

1 cup caster sugar

Scant 1 ¼ cup self/raising flour

Scant ½ cup pistachios, chopped

It would be roughly 32grams of strawberries and blueberries, 220 grams of castor sugar, 160grams of flour, and 64grams of pistachios.

The problem is that each ingredient has a different density, a cup of flour would be a different weight from a cup of dried strawberries. You could weigh large volumes of each ingredient to see what the densities are and calculate the values from there, but it may just be easier to find similar UK recipes online and work it from there. Also, you can just order a set of measuring cups from the US.

You may use 14 cups of rice, and 28 cups of water! 2 cups = 1 pint 2 pints= 1 quart So.... There are four cups in 1 quart you probably have a liquid measuring cup, the measurements are all on the part.
