If you keep strict to Biblical standards no. It also depending on the reason of divorce. And he can however never marry again, other if his wife slept with an other man.
Some time ago I read about something similar, the pastor, in this case, could only stay in his position if he did not marry again.

Firstly, in theory there is no difference in essence between a pastor and a preacher. They both preach the same message. To preach is to portray a message to others, usually to a congregation or a group of people. Secondly, does the Bible not teach that no sin as bigger than another? Can a liar be a preacher? Can a thief be a preacher? Can a gay man be a preacher? People who preach are individuals who have a gift to teach and guide others and are not to be judged because of their sins. So to to answer the questions, yes of course a divorced man may be a preacher. What if he made a mistake when he married, surely he too deserves to have a good life. I quite simply cannot imagine a preacher being any good if he has negative relationship issues hanging over his head all the time, else he will just be fake.

Well, I think preacher can mean someone standing in a place preaching to anyone anywhere. So I think it can mean a pastor, or an evangelist, or someone merely acting as an evangelist (I think anyone driven to preach can be a preacher, regardless of their church title or affiliation).
As for a divorced person (whether it's a man or not; consider Deborah and what God had her doing), being a preacher, God damn it people are missing the point! lol Is God giving that person a gift or not? Does the person have the words to say which are driven by God or not? Now I have to concern myself on the details of his life having to do with other matters?! No. Paul wrote stuff about this, and I think it's a mistake to cover every person with those expectations; without regard to God purpose. I think Christians forget, God isn't playing by our rules. Temper everything anyone says with knowing God does whatever the Hell he wants with whoever the Hell he wants.
I think people are taking Paul's letters to Timothy especially and making it seem like another Law of Moses concerning who can and who can't preach. God seems to be left out of the equation, along with the gifts God gives people. I think it's good to remember that Paul was working with founding the churches without a precursor. I think it's wise to remember who and what kind of people God raised and used in the past to announce his word when choosing a pastor today. There were young people like Jeremiah, there were murderers like Paul and David, there were women like Deborah, there was even a man who was told to marry a whore as with Hosea. God doesn't work along "Fundamentalist" lines, is what I'm saying.

I don't see why not. The U.S. has had a divorced president, why not a divorced preacher?
