were we Genetically engineered by ancient astronauts?
the Legend goes like this
an Ancient Race called the Anunaki came to earth and colonized a home base on eastern Africa (called E-din) , they then genetically engineered us humans by combining their DNA with those of Homo-Genus\Homo-Erectus creating us , Homo-Sapiens
proof-
1)New findings of ancient ruins was discovered in South-Africa

which are similar to the city ruins of "great zimbabwe"

no body knows how it got there
There was history of explorers in the 1500's that discovered abandoned ancient city ruins while journeying to southern Africa
2)Interestingly, popular sciences endeavor to attribute Rh-neg blood groups to “mutations.” A solid alternative case may be extended to the conclusion that Rh-neg is NOT a mutation, but possibly the original human blood group
'Rh negative' blood indicates no protein connections exist to the Rhesus monkey, whereas 'RH positive' blood does carry protein linked to the Rhesus monkey - hence the 'RH' designation, ie. rhesus. All other earthly primates have this RH factor. Thus if all humans evolved from that line, all would have the RH factor. Obviously, that is not the case. Therefore, there must have been some manner of intervention giving rise to Rh-negative blood groups.
Interesting facts:
A RH negative pregnant mother's body will reject her positive blooded baby in the womb. Her body fights the RHesus factor as a foreign element. Alternatively, and most interestingly, a positive mother's body does not reject the negative baby she is carry

Meh.
My mother was rh-, I'm rh+
So are my brothers and sisters.
The rejection is mild in most cases.
As to who what where and how 50,000 years ago?
Meh.
As easy to say rh- comes from those who interbred with Neanderthals as ancient aliens.
..and more likely.

First: This should be in the biology section.
Second: Don't you find it telling that you have to SEARCH to find "evidence" to suggest this? Want to know why? Because it's not true. In addition, all the evidence you listed except RH is cherry picked and ignores libraries worth of evidence that make it an impossibility.
As for your RH point, there are explanations other than aliens that are literally trillions of times more likely. This includes it being a mutation, trillions of times more likely than extra-terrestrial alteration.

Probably not. I've noticed that the purported "proofs" for these things always seem to be a mix of deliberate cherry-picking, abject misrepresentation, and an argument from ignorance. I would put your "proof" on a level of rigor somewhere equal to or below Paul's short earth creationist propaganda.

No.
There is absolutely no evidence that "ancient astronauts" have ever visited Earth, or that we evolved by anything other than natural biological processes. That's what science says, plain and simple. There is no need to invoke either "ancient astronauts" or "god" to explain humanity.

I find a couple dating problems with your first "Rigorousinstitution" link....and problems with the ancient aliens or astronauts theory in general.
First of all, dating such sites using archeoastronomy has some problems and issues. Extraoplating the positions of Orion in the distant past beyond known data points or historical records can be in error if one does not consider that the Earth's position and axis tilt has changed over time in the recent past. There is evidence from numerous gnomon markers and astronomical temple sites around the world such as Stonehenge and others that the Earth's axis tilt abruptly changed by a couple degrees around 2345 BC until around 1850 AD. The Australian astronomer George Dodwell did an extensive survey of over 100 sites and concluded this. There is also evidence that the Earth experienced a roll of around 35-45 degrees around the same time due to the effects of Noah's flood and rapid continental drift/mountains forming, etc...
All these evidences indicate that the position of Orion and other constellations in relation to the horizon would have been much different than supposed by extrapolations from modern times using an assumed constant rate of precession over 26,000 years or so. Prior to the Flood, there would not have been any precession since that wobble was induced by the events of the Flood....ergo, any extrapolations of precession and how the constellations looked in the sky or their position on the horizon over thousands of years are in error.
And secondly, dating the time or era when Mitochondrial Eve lived has also been recently upgraded ....rather than living around 100-150,000 YBP, it;s now thought she lived around 6500 years ago...consistent with the Bible. Dating Y chromosome "Adam" is also thought to have lived fairly recently.
All in all, the methods used to date such sites and alien astronaut theories have various problems ...a lack of evidence for linear settlement over time...artifacts such as pottery, tool use, graves, etc.. that show long-term settlement over tens of thousands of years...and there is no real evidence of alien intervention in human history or genetics....nor any real evidence that aliens or life forms exist on any other planet but our own...the only planet where God created life. Historical records and genetics indicate that the Bible is correct when it comes to figuring out how old humanity is. Dependable historical records only go back some 3-4000 years.
"A greater surprise, even disbelief, occurred in 1997, when it was announced that mutations in mtDNA occur 20 times faster than had been estimated. Without assuming that humans and chimpanzees had a common ancestor 6 million years ago or that Australia was populated 40,000 years ago, mutation rates can now be determined directly by comparing the mtDNA of many mother-child pairs. Using the new, more accurate rate, mitochondrial Eve lived only about 6,500 years ago.10"
"A 1995 study of a worldwide sample of 38 men showed no changes in this segment of the Y chromosome that is always inherited from fathers. Had humans evolved and all men descended from one male who lived 500,000 years ago, each should carry about 19 mutations. Had he lived 150,000 years ago, 5.5 mutations would be expected.11 Because no changes were found, our common father probably lived only thousands of years ago."

Barry Setterfield, “An Investigation That Led to Unexpected Results by the Late Mr. G. F. Dodwell, B.A., F.R.A.S., South Australian Government Astronomer, 1909–1952,” Bulletin of the Astronomical Society of South Australia, September 1967.
"George F. Dodwell served as the Government Astronomer for South Australia from 1909 to 1952. In the mid-1930s, he became interested in past changes in the tilt of the earth’s axis. He collected almost 100 astronomical measurements made over a 4,000-year period. Those measurements show that the tilt of the earth’s axis smoothly decayed from 25°10' to its present value of 23°27'. Based on the shape of the decay curve, Dodwell estimated that this axis shift began in about 2345 B.C.27"
