How to ripen bananas to make them sweet quickly?
Basically I have bought 15 dozen unripe bananas today and need them to ripen asap. I need them to be as sweet as possible i.e amylase will have converted most of the starch into sugar

Put the bananas in a plastic grocery bag with one ripe apple. Store in a warm place. Do not leave them like that for too long. When over ripe they will lose sweetness. They should be good in a day or two.
