Projectile Motion in Cheerleading?

For a project in physics we have to analyze the projectile motion used in an everyday situation that you create. I don't want to do something generic like a baseball or basketball, and I like cheerleading. I figured there has to be some kind of projectile motion involved between stunts and stuff, so any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Whenever they throw the cheerleader into the air is an example of projectile motion in one direction.

The adverse signal refers back to the direction of the stress, that's downward. by convention, adverse speed and adverse acceleration are downward. in case you positioned g as helpful, then a projectile released upwards would have adverse speed, which does no longer make intuitive experience.
