At my school, getting asked to prom is a big deal. even when you're going as friends, people come up with cute "prom-posals" and such to get their dates.

Today is Tuesday, this Saturday is my one year anniversary with my boyfriend, and next Saturday is the prom. I'm going out of town tomorrow night, and I'm sort of worried that he won't ask me. we're already going together, as that's a given, but we've talked about it and I let him know that to me, the effort it takes to come up with something creative means a lot, and that I wanted him to ask me.

that all being said, I'm not sure what to think. I need advice from another guy! is he going to ask me? or should I just assume that he won't do anything elaborate? thank you!

My boyfriend is a great guy and I'm totally in love with him. We have sex a lot and it's really good...once we get into it.

The problem is that a lot of the time, he's pretty turned on already, but it's not as easy for me to get wet. So it always ends up hurting when we start, and I have to wait to get used to it for things to really feel good. I know that if we would just have some foreplay it would be better and it would be solved, but I'm not sure how to ask/suggest/get him to do that. I've tried to hint at it by starting slow with him and doing little things while holding back from getting started, but it seems like it doesn't even occur to him to touch me back. I really don't know what to do. Advice would be awesome!

My boyfriend and I recently started having sex, and it's been a great experience. However, I really REALLY would love to not get pregnant. I'm on the pill and I take it every night at exactly 10 pm so i'm very exact with it. Also, we use a condom with spermicide and he is very careful to put it on correctly. Is it safe to assume it would be a miracle for me to conceive?

it's my dream to live in Paris, and to be quite honest, I'm tired of my life here in America. I know a little bit of French, and I've already visited Paris before and loved it, so I'm not basing this off of some unrealistic dream.

The problem is, I'm only 15 years old and a freshman in high school. So what options am I looking at for somehow getting there? are there any high schools for Americans that want to board there? or will I have to wait until I'm old enough to go to college or move there on my own? thank you so much for your help! xx

For a project in physics we have to analyze the projectile motion used in an everyday situation that you create. I don't want to do something generic like a baseball or basketball, and I like cheerleading. I figured there has to be some kind of projectile motion involved between stunts and stuff, so any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

okayy so here's the deal. this guy and I were best friends for years, and this spring we fell for each other and had a thing for a little under two months. we agreed that we didn't want to date because we didn't want to mess up our friendship or make things awkward. we would hold hands, cuddle, stay on the phone talking until 2 am, all that stuff. we never actually kissed, although we got close to, but things never seemed to work out, even though we both wanted to. we would sometimes fight over little things, but it was never anythings serious. I liked him more than I had ever liked any guy, and he was insane about me. we had both never felt that way before. one day we got into an argument because naturally I had wanted him to actually ask me out at this point. it made me feel like I wasn't good enough for him, and even though he said it wasn't true, I still was bothered by it. I told him that maybe I just should give up because summer was approaching and even though he had said he was planning on actually asking me, it seemed like we were never gonna be more than a thing. i decided that I really didn't wanna end things and told him I wanted to just start over, but he said no.

after that, we spent the entire summer arguing a lot about everything that had happened in our relationship. for 3 months straight we fought, even though at one point he said he still liked me and would be nice to me occasionally. we just couldn't seem to get over everything that went wrong with our relationship. we recently agreed to just be friends, and he apologized for everything and I accepted. he then later mentioned something about us dating in the future and bringing up something from when we had our thing, and we agreed to just start off by being friends again and seeing where that goes. we've been texting a little and flirting but it hasn't been much more than that.

so here's what I'm asking: is it ever okay to get back with your ex? or more specifically, is it okay for me to get back together with him? or is our relationship permanently screwed? thanks so much xx

I've heard a lot of different things about it being good or bad to wear a bra at night. People have said that by wearing one, you might have better support as you get older and that it doesn't harm you at all. Other people say that it constricts growth if you wear a bra all the time. So should I wear one when I sleep or not? *I typically wear a sports bra just saying*

I have long, thin, naturally straight hair. It's light brown and gets dirty blonde in the summer. I typically wash my hair every night, but I've read before that you can damage your hair by doing so. The only problem is, if I go even a night without washing it, my hair gets disgustingly greasy.

Am I damaging my hair by washing it so often? If so, how can I prevent it from getting so greasy so that I can wash it less often?

There is a guy at my school that I really like. We've had a long history of liking each other on and off and it's never really matched up. On our class trip, he started casually holding my hand, but it turned into a regular thing. He calls me "babe," acts like we're dating, and holds my hand a lot. We always turn to look at each other and then blush. I feel like I can talk to him really easily, and we always have fun around each other. Does he like me or is it just a friendly thing? Also, my best friend likes him a LOT but they've dated before and it's pretty obvious that nothing is happening between them. What should I do? Thank you! xoxo
