Are my boyfriend and I having safe sex?
My boyfriend and I recently started having sex, and it's been a great experience. However, I really REALLY would love to not get pregnant. I'm on the pill and I take it every night at exactly 10 pm so i'm very exact with it. Also, we use a condom with spermicide and he is very careful to put it on correctly. Is it safe to assume it would be a miracle for me to conceive?

You're being about as safe as you can be while still being sexually active. Unless you start taking some sort of medication that would render your birth control inactive (it does happen, so always discuss your current medications with your doctor before they prescribe you anything) and the condom breaks, you should be pretty much set. If that does happen, do make sure to take emergency contraception (Plan B) within 72 hours after contraceptive failure (the sooner the better).
