Inexpensive Secure Firewood Storage?
I'm moving to a house/apartment with limited space. The only place I can store firewood is on a deck in the front, with full access to the street. I really need to find something that is inexpensive, but will keep about a cord of wood secure from theft, and safe from the weather. I know, a lot to expect, but it's imperative. Thank you!

It depends on what you call cheap, how much effort you think people will expend to steal the wood, how good you are at building things, and maybe how important appearance is. You could build a big box out of plywood or OSB, or maybe just a frame with fence wire on it, put a hasp and padlock on it. You could probably build something like that for $100 to $150 or so. If you use OSB, it had better be painted.

First off you don't want to pile a cord of wood on a deck unless that deck is concrete. The wood just weights to much for a wood deck to hold. I'd one of those bins they sell to store trash cans in. No one want's to steal trash.

You can move it away from the house to help prevent mice nesting in the gaps. If you do this, you can lay some paving slabs on top of compacted gravel then stack the logs on top of this. The compacted gravel should act as a soak away for any moister that builds under the tarp.
