Do u think Joe Biden should be given a mental evaluation since he asked the dead Seal's father?

Biden is a buffoon, not only for this outrageous comment to a grieving father but also for his behavior during the vice presidential debate. He is one of the most rude self important person I have ever seen or heard. I would hate to think if Obama died in office and Biden would become president. does anyone he could ever be diplomatic? During the debate one scripture came to mind.

Proverbs 29:9 If a wise man contendeth with a foolish man, whether he rage or laugh, there is no rest.

This is reflective of his lack of finesse and diplomacy.
