Normal blood pressure: < 120/80 mmHg
Fasting blood sugar: < 100 mg/dL or 5.5 mmol/L.(Blood sugar reading should be taken after 12 hr fasting.)
Post-prandial blood sugar: < 140 mg/dL or 7.7 mmol/L.(Blood sugar reading should be taken 2 hours after taking food).

according to the American Medical Academy (AMA) our blood pressure is supposed to be less than 120/65 and our glucose is to be between 65 and 99 mg/dL
physique, health other things don't matter nor does age, sex or national origin.
