What do you think Sandy will be replaced with for 2018?
Given what is going on with Hurricane sandy, it's probably a given that it will be retired come next spring, and never be used again for another hurricane season. So what name do you think the Hurricane Centre will replace it with for the 2018 season?

I agree that Sandy will almost certainly be retired, given the devastation it wreaked and that it was very much in the news and probably will be as affected areas clean up.
I can't predict what the World Meteorological Organization will do at the end of the season, but it doesn't appear Sarah has been used, so let's appeal to them to replace Sandy with that!

So many possibilities. There is not a list of replacement names. The World Meteorological Organization will hold its annual meeting at some time and, amongst other things, decide whether or not to retire Sandy, and if so, what name to replace it with.
