Will the election be delayed by this huge storm Sandy?

Will it be days, weeks, or a couple months? Whole precincts will be damaged.

Presisential Election can not be delayed. Electors must be chosen by the Monday after Election Day.

Additonal: To thumbs down. Read the Constitution.

The election day will not be changed, but some precincts may be moved.

If you or anyone reading this lives in an area heavily affected by the storm, please call in at your local headquarters for the candidate of your choice, and find out what you can do to help people still be able to vote. Some may have lost their car, or their home or have no ride. You can drive them so they are still able to vote.

Hurricane Sandy is HORRIBLE -- don't get me wrong. But I personally don't think the election will be delayed.

No. Elections are not even delayed in the midst of severe wars. Democracy must go on.
