Does anyone know how to remove spray paint from your skin?

I spray painted a bookcase and know my hands are covered in it. I tried scrubbing with soap and water but i still have bits here-and-there. Help! What can i use to take it off?

Use a scouring pad, like a Dobie pad or the rough, green side of a two-sided sponge, along with soap and water. It'll come right off.

Or, if you have it, use turpentine or mineral spirits.

Paint thinner (VM&P Naphtha) blended with slightly of vegetable oil works properly. The vegetable oil prevents chapping of the skin and helps dissolve the oils in the paint so less thinner is required.
