I asked myself the same question. I guess the WH didn't want to release a photo of an empty situation room.

He probably wasn't there lol, he's worthless, that or they didn't want to show Clint Eastwood's empty chair!

Why? Would looking at a photo make you feel he cared more? Or would you use it to say, "See! He was watching the video!"?
