does anyone know if 46th street amd 1st ave in NYC are flooded?

    It's not flooded. I was over there yesterday, and since it wasn't in any flood zone, there wasn't any flooding.

    My friend, East 46th Street and First Avenue is not within any of the flood zone. Therefore, the street is not flooded.
