That is not a good idea at all. Co-codamol comes in two strengths and is mainly made up of paracetamol and a little coedine, so you would be taking far too much paracetamol. This would not be enough to kill you but could make you unwell. You may not be unwell immediately, but in a couple of days you are likely to become nauseated and may vomit. Too much paracetamol is toxic to the liver and has to be taken as directed on the packet.

You have overdosed. effects might not be felt straight away. mention it to NHS direct and go on what advice they recommed. you might need blood tests done to check liver function.
