Is it ok to wear tights w open toe heels?
I have a semi-formal retirement party to go to tonight for my father in laws friend. I have a really cute dress and new shoes, open toed heels. The dress is too short and its too cold to wear without tights (not to mention the tights helping to hold me in). I got some cute patterned black tights to wear with it. So would that look ok to wear together?

I think it sounds really cute :) Just arrange the tights over your toes so that they're not bunched up and obvious, because sometimes that looks weird

It depends on how long the dress is and its style, maybe wear a cute top and a jacket instead of it, guess it will look classier and prettier ;)
