what is a good workout for building muscle mass fast for my upper body?

i need a good workout plan that is just for upper body, including: abs, back, arms, the whole deal. im not worried about legs, all i need is a big upper body. i would prefer a low rep high weight workout plan. i have looked everywhere for one but i cannot find a good one.

Update:

the reason i want an upper body workout is because i have a lower body workout *** hole

    You don't wanna look like a hammer, bro.

    Work on your WHOLE body or you'll look like you have chick legs...seriously, done that mistake.

    Go to the gym or go on youtube and type in what you're searching for. Make your own workout plan, it's better like that.
